Working with Steve has been a really rewarding experience for me on three fronts.
Client engagement. The beautiful photos and videos he took for me have certainly led to engagement from my current and potential customers. They are a great way to showcase your products in a real way - a fantastic marketing tool
Brand voice and tone. The visual and sound effects of the photos and videos have really helped me set the tone for what I am doing and why I am passionate about it. It’s very difficult to set the tone for your business without that, the videos are an opportunity to really talk to your audience in more than just words.
Personal growth and confidence. As a moderately camera-shy person, working with Steve has helped me work on skills that I never thought I’d explore, Steve helped me feel very confident in front of the camera and captured some amazing videos in a very enjoyable environment. Even the bloopers show the truth behind the scene! Overall, from pouring milk into his camera to having him go under a table to capture a photo that I had in mind, Steve is open to anything and a joy to work with.

“Steve and Ridesure go back quite a long way to when he instructed CBT with us. So it was an interesting surprise when he contacted us with his most recent venture “Alchemy in the Sky”. Well, it turned out that our type of business and it’s location was perfect for it. Steve put forward all of the plans and proposals and we agreed to go ahead and get our video made.
We pretty much left him to it. He fitted in with dates we were working and got all of the flying permissions sorted out. Then on the filming days he didn’t interfere at all, just quietly got on with the scenes he needed, with the drones and cameras, so that the instructors and students barely knew he was there.
A week or so later came the provisional movies where we discussed what to cut and what we should feature. Having got that, we then got some music samples to choose along with more guidance.
Before we knew it we had our finished product and we are delighted with it. We have a great short video that really shows our strengths and our product and we have embedded it on our Facebook pages and the new website we are developing.
So altogether we are very happy and would heartily recommend Alchemy in the Sky.”

“Steve crated such a beautiful memorial video for my father “John Bates” and the gathering of 10 Bates Star Craft boats at Chertsey to scatter my dad’s ashes. He captured the essence of the day and filming boats on the water is not an easy job, however we can’t be happier with the result. We had several versions to choose from: the full video which will be treasured by us and then a more Facebook/website friendly version. The arial shots of the boats lined up and then moving towards the bridge in procession all seamlessly collated.
